You are often leading while supporting, visible but not always fully known, and staying strong for others while navigating your own challenges. You are carrying responsibility that doesn’t always have a safe place to land. While you may be surrounded by people, it can often feel like you’re holding it all on your own.

This isn’t for surface-level connection or general ministry conversation. It is for women who understand the pressure of leadership at the highest levels, need a space where they don’t have to explain their world, and are looking for real connection with women who get it. When you’re leading at this level, you don’t just need more input; you need the right environment.

We are building a life-giving, strength-building, truth-filled circle of women who stand together, strengthen one another, speak life into each other’s calling, and create space for honesty, healing, and growth. This is a place where strength is restored, calling is renewed, and breath is found again.

We are in the early stages of something new, something needed, and something God is clearly building. And like anything being born, it takes intention, faith, and sometimes a little labor. But we believe this: This is going to bring breath, strength, and life to many women.
