Meet the Creators of the Purpose Paradigm

Justin Jenkins

Co-Founder, Purpose Paradigm

Justin Jenkins is the lead pastor of Velocity Church. It’s a multisite church located in Lawrence, Kansas, that he and his wife Marissa started in 2011. Justin travels around the world speaking about Jesus. He was tired of trying to make secular personality tests fit in a sacred environment and the Purpose Paradigm began formation.

He takes pleasure in small things, such as good coffee, new shoes, and playing with his kids. He and his wife have three sons: Reece, Oliver, and Grant and one daughter, Pippa.

Jacob Fowles

Co-Founder, Purpose Paradigm

Jacob brings a unique blend of academic insight and church leadership experience. In addition to co-creating the Purpose Paradigm, he serves as an Executive Pastor and has a background in public administration, finance, and leadership development.

His work helps churches bridge the gap between data-driven insight and spiritual formation, equipping people to understand how they are wired and where they can best serve.
